10 conference rooms at the Hotel Witek guarantee the freedom of choice of the right room suitable for a particular type of meetings or events - from a few to over 200 people. Our guests also have over 350 free, monitored 24h parking spaces.

For smaller meetings, we invite you to our four unique rooms: Sea Room, Park Room, Terrace Room and Garden Room - the atmosphere that these interiors provide cannot be found elsewhere in Krakow and the surrounding area!

Exclusive and elegant meetings will become even more sublime in the VIP Lounge - located on the top floor and finished in a classic, dignified style, with a fireplace in the center, it is an ideal place for celebrating special events.

If you are looking for a small room to conduct recruitment interviews, we encourage you to benefit from our training rooms and studios.

A discrete, comfortably furnished work-friendly interior, friendly atmosphere and professional service will give this meeting a pleasant character and help to select the best candidates.

A wide range of comfortable rooms offers the possibility of organizing several-day long conferences outside the city center, in the picturesque surroundings of the Kraków-Częstochowa Upland. In the evenings, we invite you to organize a barbecue or a banquet party in Witek's Cottage.

All conference rooms are equipped with modern equipment used for professional meetings. Comfortable, elegant and air-conditioned interiors favor both private and business meetings. An experienced conference team will be happy to help you to choose the right room, the menu for lunch breaks or coffee breaks, and to organise free time.

Most of the conference rooms have direct access to the outside, which allows you to organize a coffee break in the open air.
