Witek Hotel & Conference Centre is one of the largest business and event centers conveniently located in the heart of Lesser Poland - Krakow. Our conference center offers 12 well-equipped conference rooms of different sizes and styles. Our state-of-the-art facilities are perfect for meetings, seminars, large corporate events, and presentations. We welcome groups of all sizes from small meetings to large gatherings with the capacity to comfortably accommodate up to 400 people.
Each conference room is intuitively designed with features including high-tech equipment, private foyer with cloakroom and bathroom for the convenience of your group. Most of the halls and rooms have direct access to the outside, which allows you to organize outdoor activities or coffee breaks.

It is a perfect place for meetings in a small group: board meeting, job interviews or negotiations. A characteristic feature of the room is modern and minimalist design, which favours a professional atmosphere as well as effective work. In addition, comfort is raised by comfortable armchairs, a large window overlooking the nearby meadows and the vicinity of the reception and garden.
VIP LOUNGE Exclusive room, bathed in bright light thanks to the glass wall - kept in a beautiful, classical style with private terrace and a fireplace. The VIP Lounge is the perfect place to organise a board meeting or negotiations with key business partners.
A spacious, ideally lit room with a stunning view and entrance to the hotel garden allows you to organise conferences, symposiums, or trainings together with coffee breaks in the open air. Depending on the arrangement of the chairs, the room can accommodate up to 140 participants. In the immediate vicinity there is a room equipped with a computer, printer and scanner and a Rattan Room, which can be used as an additional meeting place with a large number of participants.
Large and ideally lit room with a stunning view and entrance to the hotel garden, where there are tables, benches and deckchairs. It is an ideal place to conduct various types of conferences, networking meetings or trainings. An additional advantage is the large hall next to the room and access to office equipment (computer, scanner, printer) installed in the adjoining room.
This room is ideal for organising congress meetings, fairs and banquets. There is excellent acoustics, elegant and classical finish and a mobile wall that allows connecting the room and the foyer. Thanks to large windows and mirrors, the interior is very bright and spacious, while the immediate vicinity of the cloakroom allows unrestricted participation in the event of all its participants.
A two-level studio designed for small business meetings. At the upper level there is a bedroom with a large bathroom, on the lower one - a workroom with a space to work in a small group (a couch, a table with chairs), an electric fireplace and a second bathroom.
Medium size training room, which differs from other in interesting design accents boosting the imagination and positive energy. The room accommodates up to 24 people, depending on the arrangement of the chairs and tables. It has a direct entrance to the terrace, where coffee breaks can take place.
A place exceptional in its design - aquatic decor, marine accessories and blue finishing elements will effectively stimulate creativity and positively affect concentration. The Marine Room will be a perfect place for organising training, Team Building meetings or brainstorming.
The decor of the Park Room is inspired by autumn colours. Here, in comfortable conditions, training, organisational meeting or brainstorming can take place. Full EQUIPMENT of the Room and warm colours of the finish are conducive to efficient and effective work, while the large window and direct entrance to the garden allow you to draw fresh air during coffee breaks.
Classical training room for up to 40 people. The finishing elements are dominated by the green colour, which favours concentration and effective work. The advantage of this room is a direct entrance to the terrace and large windows with blinds.
It stands out with subdued colours combined with attractive photo wallpaper, and the whole is complemented by rattan furniture. It is the smallest room in our offer. It is the perfect location to host job interviews or as an additional room for larger meetings organised in the Conference Room. The room has no windows.
A place that is perfect for training or Team Building meetings. The spacious interior square in its design enables various arrangements of tables and chairs, making it easy to customize it to individual needs. In winter, it is possible to chat next to the fireplace and in the summer you can enjoy the fresh air on the terrace. The sliding wall dividing the Fireplace Room from the Club Room allows you to change this place into a climatic space for a corporate integration event or a family celebration.
This intimate interior with interesting design accents is ideal for the organisation of a corporate bonding event or a small family celebration. The room has no windows, but thanks to the sliding wall it can be easily connected with the Fireplace Room. Such prepared space is a guarantee of comfort and a good climate of every meeting.
This room was designed mainly for intimate ceremonies for family or colleagues, and also for business meetings. A characteristic feature of the room is a large mirror and a beautiful, crystal chandelier that give elegance and splendour to the interior. We guarantee that every guest will feel special here, and the moments spent in this place will remain long in guests’ memories.
